1. Services Overview

1.1 Subscription Creative Services

The "DRAG Unlimited" subscription provides ongoing creative support for brands requiring consistent high-output assets.

  • Workflow: One active design or editing request processed at a time.

  • Revisions: Unlimited revisions within the original project scope.

  • Turnaround: Average of 2–4 business days depending on complexity (e.g., simple graphics vs. high-end video edits).

  • Billing: Monthly automatic renewal via secure payment gateway.

1.2 Project-Based High-Value Solutions

Custom quotes for specialized corporate, real estate, or performance marketing campaigns.

  • Custom Scope: Deliverables and timelines defined in a formal Proposal/SOW.

  • Revision Limits: Capped as per the specific project agreement.

  • Execution: Commences only after the initial deposit and receipt of all brand assets.

2. Service Terms

2.1 Subscription Specifics

  • Flexibility: Month-to-month commitment; cancel anytime with a 30-day written notice.

  • Pausing: Available with a 15-day notice to hold your slot for future cycles.

  • Exclusivity: Services are dedicated to the registered entity and are non-transferable.

2.2 Project-Based Specifics

  • Commitment: 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure our production calendar.

  • Finalization: Remaining balance due strictly before the delivery of watermark-free final files.

  • Expedition: Rush fees (25%–50% markup) apply for timelines shorter than our standard production cycle.

3. Scope of Work

3.1 Included Core Services

A. Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Business Branding: Comprehensive brand strategy and positioning.

  • Visual Identity Design: Logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.

  • Marketing Materials: Design for both digital and print-ready collateral.

B. Video & Content Production

  • Full-Scale Video Production: Concept development, filming, and direction.

  • Professional Video Editing: Advanced post-production, color grading, and sound design.

  • Social Media Content: End-to-end creation of reels, carousels, and platform-specific assets.

  • Basic Animation: Motion graphics and title animations to enhance video content.

C. Digital Presence & Performance

  • Website Design (UI/UX): Visual layout and user experience design for web platforms.

  • Sales Copywriting: Conversion-focused copy for ads, landing pages, and brand messaging.

  • Ad Management: End-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns and performance marketing.

3.2 Excluded Services

While we handle the creative and strategic heavy lifting, the following technical or niche services are not included in our standard scope:

  • Web & App Development: Backend coding, software engineering, or technical maintenance.

  • Photography: Raw stills or product photography (unless specifically bundled with a production shoot).

  • 3D Rendering: High-end 3D modeling or architectural visualizations.

  • Complex Motion Graphics: Feature-length character animation or high-level VFX/CGI.

  • Printing Costs: While we provide print-ready files, the physical production and shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: The Client receives full ownership of final, paid-in-full deliverables.

  • Usage Rights: DRAG Studiio retains the right to showcase all work (including BTS) in our professional portfolio and social media unless a specific NDA is signed.

  • Preliminary Concepts: Drafts, raw footage, and unselected concepts remain the property of the Studio.

5. Revisions and Feedback

  • Timely Communication: Clients must provide feedback within 3 business days to maintain project momentum.

  • Scope Creep: Significant changes to the initial brief after work has commenced will be treated as a new request or billed at an additional hourly rate.

6. Termination & Refunds

  • Kill Fee: For project-based work, a 25% "Kill Fee" applies if the project is cancelled mid-way to cover labor and opportunity costs.

  • Subscription Refunds: Pro-rated refunds are not provided for partial months; services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle post-cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Business Results: While we strive for maximum ROI in performance marketing, DRAG Studiio does not guarantee specific revenue targets or follower counts.

  • Liability Cap: Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • Mediation: We believe in professional, good-faith negotiation to resolve any creative differences.

  • Legal: These terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana.
